How long does it take to make me a chair?

Current lead times are updated regularly on the product page. I’ll be in touch a soon as the order is placed with an estimated delivery date. This will be confirmed a week before delivery.

How are my chairs delivered?

The safest way to send furniture is by tracked pallet delivery. Delivery charges are £49.00 per item to mainland UK only - please contact me if you need a quote for other areas. You’re welcome to collect from the workshop, too!

How should I care for my chair?

Each chair is hand finished with two coats of Osmo hardwax oil. This means that an occasional wipe down with warm water is all that’s needed to keep your chair in perfect condition. These chairs are built to last, which means they’re also easy to repair - so if an accident happens, do get in touch and I’m sure we can fix it.

What about refunds and returns?

As your chair is a bespoke product, I can only issue a refund within 14 days of the order being placed. In the unlikely event of faulty goods or damage in transit, please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a replacement. For more information, please see the T&Cs.
